Lo encontramos en culturas muy dispares y lejanas, en los cinco continentes.<\/p>\n<p>Encontramos muchos casos en las culturas precolombinas americanas, tan pr\u00f3ximos a nosotros en el tiempo y de las que poseemos cada vez m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n. Nos muestran ejemplos muy duros de esas antiguas pr\u00e1cticas rituales que hoy nos horrorizan. Consta que en muchas ocasiones las v\u00edctimas preferidas para estos sacrificios eran ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as muy j\u00f3venes. Quiz\u00e1s se ofrec\u00eda ese sacrificio con el pensamiento de que deb\u00edan inmolar lo mejor que pose\u00edan, su mayor riqueza, su juventud; como si la divinidad se tuviera que contentar mas con esa sangre joven.<\/p>\n<p>All\u00ed donde el cristianismo se fue abriendo paso, los sacrificios humanos fueron abandonados. Poco a poco el valor y la dignidad de la vida humana fueron mejor comprendidos, tambi\u00e9n por los propios cristianos, reconocidos y aceptados en la mayor parte de los ordenamientos jur\u00eddicos. La vida humana se protegi\u00f3 cada vez mejor hasta que, ya en el siglo pasado, lleg\u00f3 a ser considerada un derecho inalienable de la persona.<\/p>\n<p>Una se\u00f1al evidente del enfriamiento del sentido cristiano es la reaparici\u00f3n en nuestra sociedad de aquellas antiguas pr\u00e1cticas que felizmente hab\u00edan sido superadas. Se propone de nuevo el sacrificio de seres humanos, en este caso de los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes de todos, de aquellos que todav\u00eda est\u00e1n indefensos en el seno materno. Sorprenden los argumentos de aquellos que se empe\u00f1an en que, dentro del claustro materno, el nido acogedor en que se van desarrollando, esas criaturas pueden ser impunemente eliminadas. Hoy sabemos mucho, incluso podemos verles y seguir su desarrollo: son peque\u00f1as, est\u00e1n en desarrollo, son d\u00e9biles, pero son vidas humanas.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy los nuevos profetas y profetisas, con violencia inusitada muchas veces, proclaman que el bienestar de muchas mujeres, la felicidad de sus familias y de la sociedad exige ese sacrificio.<\/p>\n<p>Aquellos sacrificios del pasado nac\u00edan en un error debido a la ignorancia y pobreza de su conocimiento de Dios.
